•We provide a COVID-19 Exposure Questionnaire for each patient upon check-in. 

•Masks are optional. We are happy to provide you with a mask if you need one. If you would like Dr. Rampil and/or the staff to wear a mask please do not hesitate to ask.

•We are rotating UVc lights in all our rooms daily.

•We have always washed our hands frequently but are taking extra care to wash for 20 seconds or longer.

• The air conditioner is not air but draws the air from outside.

COVID-19 symptoms can range from mild symptoms to severe illness or death. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please contact your primary care physician immediately. Please contact our office if you are experiencing:

•Fever

•Cough/Chest Congestion

•Shortness of Breath

•Loss sense of smell

•Chills

•Muscle aches
